The Soluxe Hotel in Bishkek exceeded my expectations in every way. The reception staff was kind and accommodating, the hotel was impeccably clean, and the artwork throughout was impressive. The room was spacious with excellent lighting and a large fridge. The location on a quiet street was convenient, with stores and the Osh Bazaar nearby. The air conditioning worked well and was silent, and the Wi-Fi was reliable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The employees were professional and competent, providing excellent service. the rooms were well-furnished and spotless. the hotel was situated in a calm and convenient neighborhood, with plenty of ATM machines and bazaars within walking distance.

The walls of the rooms were not soundproofed properly and you could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms. the heating system in my room was malfunctioning and it was rather chilly.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the friendly and helpful staff who speak English to the basic amenities provided in the spacious rooms. I especially loved the windows that open onto the terrace, allowing fresh air and natural light to flood in. The location in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the bustling bazaar and taxi station, makes it convenient to explore everything necessary, including the city center.
