This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were not only comfortable, but also had stunning views of the mountains. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, providing excellent service and assistance with transportation. The location, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by forest, was truly serene and offered a peaceful retreat from city life. The breakfast served was delicious and fuelled us for a day of exploring.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

During my Christmas vacation, I was pleasantly surprised by the complementary wine and cookies that were offered upon arrival. the location of the hotel is amazing – surrounded by stunning scenery and plenty of outdoor activities. One of the best aspects of my stay was the cozy fireplace in the lobby, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The lack of elevator made it difficult for my elderly parents to access their room on the upper floor. However, overall our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel for those who are able to handle the stairs and don't require too much assistance from the staff.
