We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, especially when it was self-service. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to the town center and the walk into town. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Luang Prabang.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom and a cozy balcony. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the hotel's location outside of the center of town, as it offered a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel provided free bicycles, which I used to explore the nearby area and take in the beautiful surroundings.

The location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient, as it is outside of the center of town. This means that you have to take a tuk-tuk even for a simple meal. However, it is close to the sights, so you can easily reach them by bike or with the hotel's free shuttle. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds and a great view of the pool. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you with any requests.

The noise level in the hotel can be quite loud, especially during the night. The nearby nightclub and KTVs, as well as guests with kids running in the morning and a nearby temple, contribute to the constant noise.

We had a fantastic stay at this clean, new hotel in Lao. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even invited us to enjoy tea by the pool one evening, which was a lovely gesture. the rooms were spacious and cozy, with a super comfy bed for a good night's sleep. the hotel also provided free tuk tuk service to various points in town, as well as complimentary airport pick-ups and drop-offs. We also appreciated the bikes they offered, perfect for some light exercise. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the hotel had a nice little garden. one of our favorite places we've stayed!

The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with a lot of options for food. the customer service was fantastic, with staff going above and beyond to help and make sure we had a comfortable stay. the hotel location was perfect as it was not directly in the city center but close enough that it only took a short tuk-tuk ride to get there.

the pool water was very cold, which made it a bit difficult to enjoy a swim. despite these minor setbacks, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.
