I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in downtown and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city with all the main attractions within walking distance. I loved being able to explore the night market and kids' park at the end of the street.

I recommend this hotel to all.

Exceptional stay, large beautifully decorated rooms, spotless, perfect mattress, great staff, complementary internet and airport pick-up/drop-off.

The complimentary airport shuttle was a nice perk and made arriving and departing easy. the breakfast was tasty and offered both Western and Asian options. the hotel was located in a convenient area for exploring the city, with many points of interest within walking distance.

The lack of a pool was a small disappointment, especially given the heat during the day.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique hotel. The location was perfect, as we were able to explore the city on foot and visit the nearby night market. The spacious guestrooms had an old world colonial style and were spotlessly clean. The service from the friendly staff was exceptional, and the buffet breakfast had a great selection of tasty options. The hotel also offered a complimentary transfer to the airport, which was a nice bonus.

That we were not informed about the complimentary airport transfer until our second stay, causing us to make our own arrangements.

Upgraded to spacious room, bigger than home. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Outstanding breakfast. Comfortable and tastefully appointed room.
