the compact room was comfortable and offered good value for money. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. There were plenty of cafes and attractions nearby, making it convenient for exploring the city. the staff, especially a young lady named Laty, were extremely helpful and kind. They even assisted us with our train tickets before we arrived. I found the rooms to be clean, and for the price and location, Ibis was the perfect choice.

The location of Ibis was fantastic, with downtown and great cafes/restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and perfect for a short stay. The service was warm and very professional.

While the WiFi was a disappointment as it had very poor speeds, it didn't greatly affect our stay. Additionally, there was ongoing construction next door, but Ibis was considerate enough to place guests on the opposite side of the building to minimize noise.

This hotel in the heart of Old Vientiane exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay very pleasant. The room, equipped with a modern LED television and key card entry system, had all the basic amenities I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the vibrant bars and restaurants in the center of Vientiane. Additionally, the prices were reasonable and offered great value for money.

The view from the hotel window was quite nice and we were able to enjoy the Christmas decoration in the city from our room. We also appreciated the complimentary drink and snack that we received upon arrival. the hotel was located in a good area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a few issues with our room that we tried to address with her, but she didn't seem to care. the breakfast selection was limited and often ran out of items.
