Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation options, including shuttle services and parking, making it easy for us to explore the city and nearby attractions. It was an enjoyable experience overall.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Laos! The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the mountains. The sunset from the terrace was truly stunning. The hotel also offered a pool and spa, which I didn't use but looked wonderful. The restaurant had a great selection of both Western and traditional Lao cuisine, and the food was delicious. a perfect ending to my trip and I can't wait to come back with my family someday.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the 24-hour room service.

Gorgeous rooms, and the staff were so kind and helpful throughout our stay. the cleaning staff kept our room immaculate, and the restaurant and bar manager, Sun, was attentive and kept us fully stocked with drinks by the pool. the location was also great, with easy access to the city center and free bikes provided to explore the area.

The breakfast choice was limited and the prices at the hotel's restaurants were expensive, with no local food options. We also experienced issues with mosquitos in our room, and the lack of soundproofing meant we were disturbed by loud parties nearby and the constant noise of nearby chickens.
