This hotel is conveniently located right next to the vibrant night market in a lively part of town. The rooms with a small balcony offer beautiful views of the Mekong River. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide great service. The breakfast spread is delicious and filling, with a mix of both Western and Asian options.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

The rooms were decently sized and had a good view of the city. the breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the staff was friendly. the hotel is in a central location close to shopping and restaurants.

The air conditioning was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. the elevators were slow and often overcrowded, making it difficult to reach our room at times.

Stayed at Lao Orchid for 3 nights and had a lovely clean room with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. Enjoyed the delicious combined Western-Laos breakfast. Some of the staff spoke good English and were always cheerful. The hotel's location was great, close to the river, markets, and temples. Plenty of eateries and coffee shops nearby. I would recommend Lao Orchid for its good location, atmosphere, and value.

The Lao Orchid Hotel in Vientiane exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was ideal, with the night market and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortably firm. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast had a good variety of delicious options. I appreciated the complimentary amenities like the refrigerator and free beverages. Additionally, the view of the sunrise and the Mekong River from our room was breathtaking.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
