The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with large outdoor showers that offered a unique and refreshing experience. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was delicious and served with a stunning view.

Bungalows were big and beautiful, just like on the website. the staff was friendly and motivated, which made the whole experience enjoyable. the location was perfect - not too far from the city but still remote enough to feel like you're in the jungle.

The menu selection could have been wider, especially with more Laotian food options. the bumpy and dusty road leading to the resort was not ideal.

Absolutely loved our stay in the middle of the jungle! the bungalows were spacious and beautifully designed, and the staff was incredibly friendly. the location was perfect, far enough from the city to feel secluded, but close enough to still have access to amenities. Enjoyed the delicious food offered at the restaurant and the excursions organized by the resort.

The lack of hot water was a bit of a disappointment, and the insects and animals in the room were a minor concern. However, it was a small price to pay for experiencing the beauty of the jungle and the tranquility of the resort.

We had an amazing stay in Ban Xianglom. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and spacious rooms that had beautiful views of the river and mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by untouched nature. Despite its secluded location, the hotel had convenient transportation options, with easy access to the airport by minivan. The breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to the day.
