The grounds were absolutely stunning, creating a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. I loved spending time by the pool, reading and soaking up the sun. The outdoor breakfast seating area added a nice touch to start the day. The customer service exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised when they allowed us to check-in early, providing us with clean and basic rooms. The pool area and charming surroundings of the hotel gave it a special touch. The breakfast was simple but tasty, offering options like eggs cooked to order, bacon, French baguette, coffee or tea, and fruit. We had a wonderful experience storing our luggage and returning to stay another night, with the hotel offering assistance for bus tickets and even free shuttle services into town. The friendliness of the owner and the helpfulness of the staff were exceptional. a fantastic experience!

We had an amazing stay at this venue in Southeast Asia. The staff is incredibly helpful and caring, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful outdoor area. The swimming pool and sun terrace provided the perfect relaxation spots. We were also impressed by the free shuttle service and the hotel's willingness to assist with transportation to nearby attractions. the staff here did an excellent job of making our stay enjoyable and providing exceptional service.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The room opened out onto a covered walkway with a bench for seating, creating a cozy atmosphere. During the day, we could leave the screen door open, allowing fresh air to fill the room. At night, we felt a little closed in due to the window at the back of the room being close to a high fence. However, this did not greatly affect our overall experience. The lovely garden and setting were a delight, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, along with the pool just below the terrace, added to the enjoyment of our stay. The hotel also arranged transport for us, making our journey back into Thailand pleasant and hassle-free. We highly recommend this hotel when visiting Pakse.
