I recently stayed at Rattana Guesthouse for a few nights during my trip to Luang Prabang. The staff at this property went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and convenient. One thing that stood out to me was that they did not collect any deposit, which was a nice surprise. They also allowed me to pay for my trips and other charges on the night before my departure, and everything was billed correctly. Additionally, the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and even booked my high-speed train ticket without charging any commission fee. She also provided helpful travel tips. The location of the guesthouse was great, and I was able to easily book minivan tickets and rent a motorbike from the front desk. I had a fantastic experience at Rattana Guesthouse.

I highly recommend this hotel.

We didn't have high expectations due to the bad reviews, but our stay at Rattana exceeded them. The lady at the reception was so nice and helped us book high-speed train tickets without any commission fee. The manager/owner was also wonderful, making our stay more enjoyable. The room was spacious with a good shower and decent wifi. The location was central and within easy walking distance of the center. Rattana Guesthouse provided great value for the money.

Would recommend this hotel.
