This hotel is a hidden gem on the edge of Nam Ngum lake with amazing bungalow views. The rooms are spacious with lovely balconies and outdoor furniture where you can soak in the nice views from the terrace. The staff is super friendly and attentive, making sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast is delicious and offers a nice variety of options.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful resort that offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the resort had a range of relaxing activities to enjoy. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with a special mention to Phon who was very competent and helpful. The food at the resort's restaurant was excellent, with great prices for top-quality dishes. we had a lovely and relaxing experience at Sanctuary Nam Ngum Beach Resort.

Spent Christmas at this lakeside resort and loved it! The view from the room was breathtaking and the bungalow was well-appointed with a private outdoor jacuzzi. The staff were very attentive, and the restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable price. The location is perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway, with plenty of activities available like paddle-boating and traditional massages. An added bonus was the friendly cats that roamed around the resort.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a bit small and lacked good ventilation. the dirt road leading to the resort could be better marked and well-lit to avoid confusion on arrival.
