I had an amazing stay at a charming boutique hotel surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The spacious rooms with authentic colonial decor and large balconies provided stunning views of either the garden or the mountains. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and even arranged activities and excursions for me. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of freshly made dishes. Plus, the free shuttle service to the town centre was a convenient perk. it was a perfect retreat in a peaceful and beautiful setting.

That some of the furniture in the rooms made a bit of creaking sound.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, including the stunning pool area and the beautifully manicured gardens. The location of the hotel, just outside of downtown but still within walking distance, was perfect for us. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

My stay at the Residence in Luang Prabang was absolutely amazing. The pick-up service at the pier was superb, the hospitality and service were top-notch. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were excellent. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, arranging transportation and even providing a scooter for us. The peaceful location, within walking distance of the city center, was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Luang Prabang.

During my stay at the Luang Say Residence, I was welcomed with warmth and friendliness by the hotel manager and staff. The combination of French and local architecture gave the hotel a unique and charming atmosphere. The attention and care from the staff made my short stay truly memorable, especially the gracious and communicative French staff at the reception. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable four-poster beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The lush grounds, including flower gardens and an organic vegetable garden, added to the overall beauty of the hotel. The infinity-edge pool provided a relaxing spot to cool off, despite some noise from the nearby street traffic. The hotel's shuttle service and bicycles made it easy to explore the quiet neighborhood and the bustling downtown area. The food at the hotel's restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious meals that rivaled some of the best I've had in my travels. my stay at the Luang Say Residence was a magical getaway that exceeded my expectations.

This exclusive venue fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay and the on-site Spa and wellness centre was exceptional. the swimming pool was clean and had comfortable sun loungers, surrounded by a well-designed garden area with beach umbrellas and a sun terrace. the restaurant had a delicious breakfast with special diet menus, and the poolside snack bar was convenient for a quick bite.

The hotel only had one restaurant and bar/lounge area which was closed at night, making it inconvenient for those who wanted a drink. the hotel provided packed lunches and BBQ facilities, which made up for it.

The staff were excellent and provided friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. the room had a beautiful French colonial design with a balcony that opened up to the tranquil hotel grounds. It was impeccably clean and the bed was super comfortable. the food at the restaurant was beyond words, combining French and local influences to create some of the best dishes we have ever had. the hotel's pool was also a highlight, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

There were no negative aspects to our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.
