Not one thing.

We were blown away by the sumptuous ambience at Viengtara Vangvieng Resort. The traditional stilt houses nestled within the rice fields and karst mountains created a truly romantic atmosphere. The deluxe rooms, all in one wooden dwelling, were sophisticated and comfortable. The beautiful garden setting in the open-air restaurant space made for a delightful dining experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made sure that every need was met and every question answered. They were always friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities provided in the room were of high quality and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. But the highlight for me was the stunning view from my room. With the mountains in the distance and the lush rice fields, it was like a picture-perfect postcard.

There was nothing that could be improved at this hotel.

The location of this resort is incredible. Situated up on the mountains, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The best part is that it's close enough to Vang Vieng center, yet far away enough to avoid all the hustle and bustle. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom and excellent service. The buffet breakfast is a great start to the day, offering a variety of delicious options. Plus, the resort's effective insect control measures ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

The parking situation can be a bit inconvenient.

We had a pleasant stay at a resort in the mountains with a river view. the staff were friendly and could speak English, which was great for us. the food at the restaurant was tasty, and the prices were reasonable. We enjoyed the fact that the resort was quiet and peaceful; it felt like a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

First of all, the rooms were not very clean, and some items in the room were falling apart. the resort was quite far from the main town, and we couldn't find the tuk-tuk service offered.
