One particular highlight was their delicious cold lemon juice drinks that they offered us after our busy days exploring. Our kids loved the jacuzzi, and the villa had a great atmosphere overall. Despite being close to the main attractions, it was pleasantly quiet. Our room was spacious and clean, with a lovely outdoor seating area for breakfast or drinks. The staff, especially Thai and Bao, were exceptional and made our first visit to Laos unforgettable. we highly recommend this hotel for its great location, helpful staff, and charming atmosphere.

The air conditioners in the rooms did not work properly, causing discomfort especially in hot weather. Some noise disturbance from neighboring houses and occasional rooster crowing early in the morning.

Stayed at a very nice hotel in a cozy street just outside the busy center. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was beautiful, all carved wood, with our own balcony. Great location close to the night market and other attractions. the jacuzzi swimming pool was amazing. Highly recommend Villa Pumalin!
