The staff at Xaysomboun Hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but the front office manager, Mr. Mai, went above and beyond to ensure it was fixed promptly. The spa at the hotel was also top-notch, providing a wonderful and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel in Vientiane. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the modern facilities and comfortable beds provided in the rooms. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch. They were attentive and helpful, providing directions and even printing documents for guests. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. Not only did it offer a varied selection of dishes and fruits, but it also provided a beautiful view over Vientiane.

All was well at this hotel.

We spent the holiday season at a hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered us a bottle of wine and a fruit basket as a complementary gesture. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, with easy access to many attractions and shops. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar with great views over the city.

The hotel could use some renovation, the decor felt outdated. our room was not soundproof, so we could hear the noise from the street.
