During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the wide and modern rooms that were impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and promptly resolved any issues that arose. The location was also a plus, with convenient access to key attractions in the city.

The breakfast was lacking and seemed to be missing that special touch. some aspects of the facilities could be improved, such as the worn-out wallpaper and some cleanliness issues in the bathrooms.

The hotel is located in a secluded spot, right opposite the historical Gertrudes church. It offers good local transport connections, with a bus stop just 2 minutes away. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a double bed, are sufficient. The rooms also offer a nice view of the gothic church, all at an affordable price of 30 Euros a night.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

I recently stayed at Papa Home for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with a nice view from the window. The location was perfect, with bars, restaurants, and museums all within walking distance. It was also a short walk to the old town, where I enjoyed exploring the sights. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back when in town.

Plus, the mini-bar prices were very fair. the hotel is situated in a great area, close to everything you need for your city trip. the staff were also very accommodating and friendly, making check-in easy. the toiletries that were provided in the room were a nice touch and it was lovely not having to worry about bringing my own.

The outside of the building doesn't give the best impression, and the room was quite small and dark. the lighting was poor and made it difficult to get ready in the morning.
