Polite staff went out of their way to provide complimentary wine. Impressed by efficiency during our group check-in. the room was lovely, facilities top-notch, and location unbeatable. A terrific stay in a marvelous city!

the apartment was beautiful, with lovely touches and a perfect setting in the bergs bazaar. the quality of food and drinks at nearby eateries was impressive. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay memorable. the blend of history and modernity, along with art in social areas, added character to the hotel. our spacious penthouse room had high ceilings, a balcony, and a comfortable sitting area. a small issue was promptly resolved by the very friendly staff.

We loved the convenient location within the bustling Bergs Bazaar, with a variety of dining options right at our doorsteps.

The lack of a functioning restaurant or bar on the ground floor. A mini gym and a washing machine would have been welcome additions.
