The hotel's location was great with easy access to local attractions and dining options. the spacious room was well equipped and charmingly decorated, creating a romantic atmosphere. the breakfast had a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes and dietary requirements.

The lack of air conditioning made the room quite stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during the hot summer nights.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Madona. The staff members were incredibly welcoming, providing excellent service at any hour of the day or night. They were polite, which is a rare thing to find in Latvia. Throughout my three-day stay, I met four staff members, all of whom were exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, even allowing me to check out two hours later without any additional cost. I am truly grateful for their hospitality.
