I had a great stay! The room was clean and beautiful, and I found everything I needed for my one-night stay. The breakfast was really good and freshly made, which I loved. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to public transportation and a shopping center nearby. The staff were extremely professional and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help answer any questions we had. The rooms were well-insulated, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it convenient to access the main train station and explore the city. Additionally, the price we paid was definitely worth it considering the excellent service and amenities offered, such as the sauna, hammam. The room was spotlessly clean, and we particularly enjoyed the TV applications available. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious dishes, and we also appreciated the chess game in the library. it was a great deal and highly recommended.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center but not in a nice area, close to the central railway station, and easy to be reached from the downtown. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. The breakfast is average but there are plenty of options to choose from.

The spa access is not included in the price and the additional fee is quite high.

The Mercure in Riga exceeded our expectations. the recent renovations, from the updated reception area to the newly changed flooring in the corridors and rooms, added a modern touch to the hotel. the spaciousness of the hotel and friendly staff made our stay perfect. the location was convenient, with a nearby shopping mall and train station, and easy access to the airport. the breakfast was excellent, and the staff, especially Santana, provided exceptional service.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel for a night. The location was perfect, in the heart of the city center, close to all the touristic attractions. The staff here were extremely helpful and made all efforts necessary to make our stay comfortable. They offered car hire, dry cleaning, and other services. The room amenities were remarkable, everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and soundproofed rooms. The spa and wellness center here was also fantastic. The leisure facilitators included a sauna, massage, and foot massage which was a relaxing experience. The dining here was also a treat, the buffet breakfast, and packed lunches were delicious.

I recommend this luxury hotel to all my friends and family for its remarkable location and fantastic services.

The breakfast was good with a great variety of continental buffet. There were pastries and cakes and also some healthy options. the location was great - close to the train station and bus stop. the room had all the usual amenities, including a fridge, and it was clean.

The room was too noisy - we could hear all the street noise day and night, making it hard to sleep. the air conditioning did not work properly, which was a problem during the warm weather.

We had a great stay at this recently renovated hotel. the bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the awesome and rich breakfast, and the bar at the lobby was also great. the mojito we tried was beautiful and had a great taste. the bathroom was clean and well-lit, making it convenient for getting ready.
