I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was excellent, with many restaurants and nightlife options close by. I also found it to be a quiet and peaceful area, away from the noise of the city. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they spoke both French and English. My room was comfortable, with a very good mattress, and it was kept clean throughout my stay. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the availability of amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel had a nice restaurant and bar/lounge area, where I enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast.

We had a great stay in this hotel located in a prime area, close to bustling Sassine Square. Exploring the city was a breeze as the hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the museum and the city centre. The rooms were well-maintained and the cleaning service was impeccable. The breakfast spread was satisfactory, offering a variety of options to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Not to mention, the stunning view from our room was a delightful bonus.

There were some issues with the facilities, such as old and worn-out furniture, as mentioned in other reviews.

Friendly staff at front desk, helpful with getting oriented in town. Good continental breakfast selection available until 11 am. Nice location and comfortable rooms. Central to Acharfieh, with good wifi. Small hotel with determined staff to assist, language barrier was overcome and they made sure to help. Quiet atmosphere and delicious hummus for dinner.

We had a great stay at this place! The location is quite convenient, within walking distance of the museum and also a modern mall and a multitude of restaurants. The staff here are amazing, always friendly and welcoming. They assisted us with everything we needed, from organizing city tours to recommending the best local spots to visit. The room was very comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a big plus for us. The dining options here were also excellent, with a restaurant that served a delicious continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area where we could relax with a drink in the evenings.

There was only one small issue during our stay, and that was a bit of a smell on some of the floors where smoking was not allowed. However, the staff made sure to enforce the non-smoking policy and try their best to keep the smell from spreading.

This hotel made me feel right at home! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, they really went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find complementary refreshments waiting for me in my room upon arrival. the location couldn't have been better, with plenty of great restaurants and shops a short walk away. And the bonus? the hotel offers a free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

While my stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few minor issues. the elevators could use some updating as they were a bit confusing to navigate at times.

Though there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited variety in the continental breakfast and the old-fashioned elevators, I still found my stay to be pleasant.
