The hotel is nicely situated on the waterfront in Batroun, an attractive seaside town. The breakfast was tasty and abundant, offered at a reasonable price. the surroundings are lacking, with debris scattered about. Staff were somewhat inattentive, and the noise level was uncomfortably high. The check-in process was slow, and the overall service quality was disappointing. Some amenities, like the pool and beach area, were subpar and overpriced. the hotel's Nordic decor was a standout, despite its shortcomings.

i had an amazing time at Be, the location was perfect. the staff, especially Abed, went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. i can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway.

The rooms have fantastic air conditioning – I felt like I was in the freezing section of the supermarket! the staff were quicker than a cheetah with our orders, and the manager was as helpful as a GPS navigation system. the location and view were as stunning as a postcard.
