Our stay at Caramel Boutique was enjoyable and comfortable. The bed provided a good night's sleep and the room was nicely designed. We were impressed by the hotel's location, which was central and close to everything in Hamra. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always going the extra mile to assist us. The bathroom products were of good quality and the furniture in the room was new. Additionally, the internet connection provided by the hotel was better than other places we've stayed at in Beirut.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was close to all the popular restaurants and bars in Hamra street. Despite being in a lively area, the hotel was situated in a quiet alley, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with double glazed windows that blocked out any noise from outside. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. a great experience!

I did notice that the bathroom could use some improvement, as certain items seemed to be stained or rusted.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the heart of a bustling street filled with cool bars and surrounded by convenient amenities like Starbucks and grocery stores. The room was modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a nice view. The staff was friendly and always available to assist. Additionally, the hotel had its own bar and restaurant, providing a convenient dining option.

The breakfast options were limited and could have been better in terms of variety and quality.

I recently stayed at a small, modern hotel with character called Caramel Boutique. The staff were absolutely fabulous, especially Mustafa who helped me navigate the city and provided me with a helpful map. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, especially the proper coffee. I also enjoyed the unique character of the bar attached to the hotel, where I had a tasty soup. The drinks were reasonably priced and the staff made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel was brilliant, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for getting around. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Wow, what a great stay! The breakfast was really tasty and the two options offered were perfect. I never got bored. The location was spot-on! It was really close to everything I needed and the hotel was great at blocking out noise. The bed was so comfortable and the room had a really cozy and laid-back vibe. The Wi-Fi worked great most of the time, which is always super important. One of the best features was having a generator to recover from power breakdowns.

The only thing I didn't like was the strong smell of cigar coming from the gin bar in the lobby. But that's really not a big issue.

For the value we paid, we got an amazing experience at Caramel Boutique. The room was beautifully designed and the location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were extremely helpful and accommodating.
