the front desk staff, particularly Mr Ayad and Mrs Zainab, were exceptionally friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. the restaurant staff were equally attentive and accommodating, enhancing my dining experience. the variety of breakfast options was excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the attached balcony with a stunning view. One minor concern was the need for updated carpeting and drainage issues, as well as a rather frightening experience with a late-night fire alarm. There was nothing I didn't like.

Just stayed in a hotel on Hamra street. the breakfast was absolutely amazing! LOVED the rooftop pool. Would choose it again. the pool was even better than in photos. Great stay! .

The hotel is located in the heart of a vibrant street with friendly staff, including Mr Hassan, Mr Mahmoud, Mr Rojier, and Mr Hadi. the rooms offer a nice sea view and spaciousness near the bustling Downtown area. guests receive a large bottle of water in the room, and sweetener is provided.

Some housekeeping services were lacking, requiring multiple reminders for essentials like towels and pillows.

Pros Staff was friendly and spoke good English. Location was excellent, close to key attractions. Neat rooms with good Wi, Fi signal.

Cons Housekeeping was poor; had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast.
