I had an absolutely outstanding experience during my recent stay at Hilton Beirut Downtown. The staff, including Antonio, Ali, and Hassan, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and business areas. The cleanliness and interior design of the facility and rooms were top-notch. The whole atmosphere was truly enjoyable, making it a wonderful choice for both business and pleasure. My sincere thanks and gratitude go to all the staff and management who made my stay so memorable.

The hotel offers free dessert and coffee in the restaurant while waiting for your room to be ready. the staff is very friendly and welcoming. the location is ideal for exploring the city.

Our room was not ready upon arrival and we had to wait for 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. There were no bathrobes in our room, and there is no hairdresser available on-site.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, making it the perfect base to explore all the attractions Beirut has to offer. It is within walking distance of Beirut Souqs, Zaitona Bay, and the historic Majidiah Mosque. The friendly staff at the restaurant and front desk provide excellent service. The breakfast options were satisfying and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The room decor could be improved to match the modern style of the hotel.
