The rooms were spacious and clean, with a variety of TV channels to keep us entertained. the air conditioning saved us from the Beirut heat and was a life-saver. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated just a walking distance from malls and tourist hotspots. On top of that, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel at home.

The hotel lacked basic amenities like bottled water, which meant we had to ask the receptionist to arrange groceries for us. the breakfast service was only available to be delivered to the room, which was quite inconvenient.
