The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the little touches like having a kettle in the room. it was a great experience.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

It was easy to access everything, including historical sites like the ancient ruins and beautiful beaches. We were also pleased to find that the hotel was close to two universities, which made it very convenient for us. The room was nice, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and there was a great view from the balcony.

The WiFi connection was not reliable at times.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Plaza Hotel. the location was perfect, at the end of Hamra Street away from noise and traffic. the room size was great and the ambiance was comfortable with lots of natural sunlight. We were impressed by the staff's kindness and accommodation, including a free upgrade to a junior suite. the hotel was among the cleanest and nicest in Beirut, and the available wifi was a plus. We would definitely return on our next visit.

The Plaza Hotel Beirut in Beirut offers a great location on Hamra Street. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to stay in the lobby after check-out. There were delicious restaurants within walking distance.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information about getting around this city. The location was fantastic, situated in Hamra street where there are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants. The rooms were clean and cozy, and we were even upgraded to a suite, which was a nice surprise.

The Plaza Hotel in Beirut exceeded my expectations in every way. the location on Hamra street was perfect, with a bustling atmosphere and plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from arranging a safe parking spot for our rental car to surprising me with a birthday gift. the room was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the unique caneleta shower. Despite a minor inconvenience of waiting a few minutes for hot water, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

My Easter vacation was amazing! the hotel staff was very welcoming and offered us complementary drinks upon arrival. the location was perfect, with easy access to all the restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. the beach was just a short walk away. the room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the beautiful views from our balcony. To top it off, we were pleasantly surprised with complementary chocolate treats on Easter morning.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was a bit unstable at times, and the breakfast could have been better. However, there were plenty of nearby places to grab a bite to eat.

The location in Lebanon was ideal, with many shops, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance. It was also close to other hotels in the area. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic experience at Plaza Hotel! the staff, especially Mohammed, went above and beyond to assist us with our trip, even though we didn't use their guides and services. They were incredibly helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. the room was comfortable and the location in Hamra was perfect for exploring. the staff also helped us negotiate fair prices with nearby taxi drivers.
