Great location close to restaurants and university, with lovely views from some rooms. Breakfast included in the price and staff are kind and responsive. Rooms are modern with thoughtful touches like toiletries, and the beds are cozy. Good value for money, would recommend.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of an active neighborhood, with everything from entertainment to food options at our fingertips. The room and bathroom were thoroughly cleaned and decorated with modern touches. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was served fresh and diverse, while the games area and roof bar were a great addition to our stay.

The property lacked stoppers at the room doors leading to constant noise disturbance and inconvenience for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at a conveniently located hotel near AUB. The modern style and cleanliness of the rooms made my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and available 24/7, which added to the overall positive experience. Although I couldn't enjoy the rooftop terrace this time due to the weather, I can imagine it being super cool in the summer. I highly recommend this hotel for its proximity to my destination and its cozy atmosphere.

We had an amazing time here! The hotel was located in a great vibrant area, which made exploring the city super easy! The service was impeccable and the staff were incredibly helpful. We loved the variety of amenities this place had to offer, including room service, laundry services, and airport shuttle. The room itself was in excellent condition, complete with everything we needed, like Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The rooftop bar was the cherry on top, providing an amazing view of the city, and we loved the happy hour specials offered.

During my stay at Three O Nine Hotel, I was impressed with the superb location and the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated in a lively and safe area, close to American University and a variety of restaurants in the Hamra area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and I appreciated their assistance throughout my time at the hotel. Additionally, the rooftop bar offered an amazing view of the city, and the rooms were cleaned daily, which was a nice touch.

While there were some minor drawbacks, such as temporary wifi issues and the lack of plant-based milk at the cafe downstairs, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.

I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the hotel and the morning cappuccino was a highlight. the location was great, with many F&B options nearby. the hotel was clean and the gym had a good variety of equipment. the rooftop bar, pool, and restaurant were convenient and offered stunning views.
