I had a wonderful experience at this place. The hotel is situated in a calm area. The staff members are friendly and helpful. They offer room service, laundry service, airport shuttle and more. The room was tidy and equipped with everything I needed like iron, seating area and in-room safe. The rooftop pool and solarium is a plus.

The breakfast is delicious, and there is a large balcony with a view of the city and mountains. The hotel also offers facilities such as a rooftop bar and jacuzzi.

The housekeeping service is exceptional, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. The friendly and helpful staff, including Reem and Charbel, go above and beyond to assist guests. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the coast, and there are also nearby eateries and a small market for added convenience.

Spending Christmas here was amazing! the hotel staff made me feel at home with their warm reception and free welcome drink! the location was spot on, close to all the places I needed to be in and out of the city. I loved the spacious room with the well-equipped kitchenette. Plus, they provided complimentary bottled water and fruit bowl on arrival.

One thing to improve on would be the range of vegan options available for breakfast. the shower cubicle could use some improvement to avoid water overflowing onto the bathroom floor.
