I had a wonderful stay at The Anne Guest House. The room was impeccably clean and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast, made to order, was delicious and satisfying. The garden added a charming touch to the overall ambiance. The staff, especially one particular member, were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. The guest house also provided valuable assistance in locating historical sites and guiding me in my exploration. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent facilities and helpful owners.

While the Wi-Fi was a bit slow for heavy tasks, it sufficed for basic business needs like email and browsing. Additionally, it would have been more convenient if card payment was accepted instead of only cash settlement.

This guest house is conveniently located near malls and central Maseru. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, with a variety of options available. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Some rooms even offer balconies, adding an extra touch of comfort and relaxation. Free wifi is available, even though there may be occasional connectivity issues due to electrical storms.

Some rooms do not have air conditioning, only fans are provided.

During my xmas stay at this hotel, I was delighted with the excellent service provided by the friendly staff. the clean rooms were a great plus, and the location allowed for easy access to the nearby shops and main roads. the complimentary extras such as bottled water and juice were a nice touch and made us feel valued as guests.

The slow Wi-Fi was the only issue I experienced during my time at the hotel. the lack of card payment option for settling our account was inconvenient.
