Our stay at Alexa Old Town was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to park our car for free in their backyard. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center. We were able to walk everywhere, making it convenient for exploring the area.

Comfortable and Convenient

We arrived late at night and were worried about finding a hotel, but Alexa Old Town saved the day. Despite a mix-up with our reservation, the staff quickly found us a room. The location was ideal, close to the train station and central market. The room itself was cozy, though there were a few minor issues. The TV only had a few channels, and the housemaids' conversation outside our room woke us up early. However, the comfortable bed and good breakfast made up for it. I would recommend Alexa Old Town for its convenience and comfortable stay.

We stayed at a hotel in the old city border area and found it to be a great choice. The staff at Alexa Old Town were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were clean and towels were changed daily. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was quite good. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city by foot, and there was even free private parking available. We were satisfied with our affordable and comfortable stay.

We stayed at Alexa Old Town and loved the convenient location. Within a short 20-minute walk, we could reach all the main attractions in the city centre. We also appreciated the proximity of a big supermarket and the ease of access to the railway and bus stations. Despite the cold weather, the room was warm and cozy, thanks to the heater we could control ourselves. The hot water in the shower was truly hot, and the soft and warm blanket ensured a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the variety of TV channels available, including English, Russian, and German. The breakfast was good, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. The presence of an elevator and the friendly multilingual staff added to the overall positive experience.

We found everything we needed right at our fingertips. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with attention to detail. The breakfast included was a great touch, and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal.

Amazing central location, convenient for exploring attractions. Spacious shower and bathroom. Windows offer unique perspective. Although ventilation can be improved, overall experience is good. No fridge available, but nearby cafes and supermarkets provide options. Comfortable sleep, despite narrow bed. Easy self check-in and private parking available. Great value for the area. Delicious breakfast with wide selection.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of the city. The location was excellent, as it was within walking distance of the picturesque old town. Additionally, it was conveniently close to the bus and train station, which was perfect for me as I needed to travel by train. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the private parking in the courtyard, as I had a hire car for my holiday.

Stayed in Vilnius during Xmas holidays. the hotel had lovely Christmas decorations and a cosy atmosphere. the breakfast spread was decent with a good variety of options. Located near the central market and only a short walk to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the city and shopping.

The room was quite outdated and in dire need of renovation. the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy.
