I truly enjoyed my stay here. the location is great and quite close to the main street, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. Although not right by the sea, it's not too far away, allowing for a pleasant stroll. the breakfast, though not an extensive spread, was quite nice and the options provided were tasty. the spa facilities were a highlight, especially with the free access until noon.

I would recommend this place to friends, as I believe they would appreciate the central location and the range of services offered.

On arrival, the elevator was on strike so I had a fun workout lugging my bags up to the 4th floor. There were no teas or coffees in my room, leaving my cups lonelier than a forgotten sock. the local bus mysteries remained unsolved as staff conducted a round of charades attempting to communicate. Despite the circus-worthy toilet handle, the spa and jacuzzi rejuvenated me, melting away city explorations. #LostInTranslation

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. the hotel's location near the beach and city centre was very convenient for exploring Palanga. However, improvements could be made in the cleanliness of the rooms and the maintenance of the facilities.

We were disappointed to find mold in the shower and sticky dirt in the bathroom. the lack of air conditioning made it very hot during our stay. the old interior detracted from our experience. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was really pleasant. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions we had. the location was good, not far away from the sea and city center, but more quiet than the bustling center. We enjoyed the nice big free parking and the separate entrance to our room. the restaurant offered a very good breakfast with lots of choices to suit all appetites, both early in the morning and later on.

One thing that could be improved is the limited working hours of the spa facilities. the jacuzzi was only operational in the early hours, from 9 to 11 AM, which was not very convenient.
