Great location, just a few steps away from a shopping center and close to public transport. the room was a decent size and clean, with a lovely view overlooking the river. the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient for us during our romantic escape.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Best Western. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free parking was a bonus, and we appreciated being able to leave our car for longer. we had a great experience at Best Western and would recommend it to others.

The hotel was quite outdated and some of the staff members were rude. There was also construction work going on around the hotel, making it noisy and dirty.

Lovely reception staff, super clean room and bathroom, and a bathtub with a towel warmer - perfect for a romantic getaway. the hotel is situated right next to a shopping centre, and the view of the castle is amazing! Plus, they provide tea in the room and offer a late check-out at 12 noon.

The coffee was pretty bad, so I switched to black tea instead. the breakfast lacked variety and they didn't prepare anything on demand.
