We appreciated the contactless entry and the friendly and honest staff. They even informed us about any belongings we had forgotten after we checked out.

The rooms were smaller than they appeared and the kitchenette was limited to just a kettle. the shower was quite small and there was slight mold on the edges.

A cosy place to stay for a short period of time in the heart of the city. The apartment complex is located just a few steps away from a main street. The apartment was clean, small but cosy, and had everything we needed. Perfect choice for exploring the city and being close to tourist attractions. Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed our visit and we highly recommend it!

I recently had a wonderful stay at a lovely, modern, and spacious apartment in the heart of the city centre. the Brother House provided a comfortable mattress and the area was surprisingly quiet. the kitchen was perfect, with all inclusive amenities and even a conditioner to combat the hot summer days. the staff were friendly, honest, and even informed us about our forgotten belongings after we checked out. the room/apartment was well-designed, very clean, and had excellent amenities like a great shower, excellent WiFi, and comfortable beds. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, including transport, restaurants, attractions, a supermarket. the room had both air conditioning and heating, which was great for the changing weather. the Netflix service was a nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent, check-in was easy, and good English was spoken by all. the host even arranged a taxi for us. the front desk was manned and there was after-hours contact available. I highly recommend this establishment as it sets a new standard for accommodations.

Great location, easy access to the city center and pedestrian street. the keyless entry system was convenient. the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

The cleanliness in the rooms was not up to par, with dirty dishes and a broken toilet flushing mechanism. the rooms also had a strong smell of furniture polish.

the bed was incredibly cozy and we loved having air conditioning. the owner was prompt in providing a toaster when we requested one. the location was perfect for us as it was only a 5-minute walk to the event we were attending at Žalgirio arena, and it was also close to the city center. the apartment had a spacious and comfortable bed upstairs, as well as a couch on the first floor. Everything was tidy and clean, and the interior had a cozy yet modern feel.

I recently stayed at Brother House for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartments/studios were fresh, simple, and beautiful, offering all the self-catering facilities I needed. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk from the beautiful pedestrian avenue in the heart of the old town. One of the young co-owners, Eimantas, was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Check-in and out were seamless and efficient. The beds were nice and high, the room size was great, and the tea kitchen was perfect. The small bathroom had everything I needed, and the apartment even had air conditioning, which was a bonus during the hot weather. Communication was excellent, and I appreciated the free WiFi and Smart TV to watch Netflix.
