We had a fantastic stay at the charming hotel, conveniently located beside the Old Town entrance. Ona, the manager, was incredibly helpful and made our experience even better. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-maintained, with a pleasant view of the courtyard. It was great to have control over the room's heating, including the bathroom, and the walk-in shower was a convenient feature. We rented a family room with a terrace, which comfortably accommodated eight people, and a regular twin room, both clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel staff were accommodating and even allowed us a late checkout. the location, cleanliness, and hospitality made our stay enjoyable.

We stayed at a location in a windowless, soulless basement. The hotel had a fast internet connection, which was a bonus. Although it was outside of the Old Town, it was a simple walk through the Gates of Dawn to get there. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The service provided by the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and there was a beautiful breakfast room with rocks and wrought-iron "trees". the hotel had good facilities and advantages.

There was no elevator in the historic building, which made it challenging for those with physical handicaps to access their rooms.

Lovely hotel, perfect location. My deluxe room was beautifully decorated and had a balcony. The hotel was clean and the breakfast, though not the best, was free. The kitchenette was equipped, but with no pots/pans, but with so many restaurants nearby, it wasn't a problem. Highly recommend this hotel.
