Unfortunately the hotel's facilities were a major disappointment. the air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy and disturbed my sleep.

I stayed at Palangos Vetra for almost 2 months and I miss it so much! The staff was incredibly nice and caring, they felt like family to me. They always listened to my concerns and took my wishes into consideration. When I left, I almost cried because of the lady who hugged me. I can't wait to go back in the summer! We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a bustling seaside town. Our room, 305, had a funky wall-to-ceiling window that allowed us to sit at tree-level and watch the world go by - a delightful experience. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town near the parks, away from the usual seaside hullabaloo. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, with a separate hall and bathroom, and even had a minibar. Despite a smaller shower, toiletries were provided. We appreciated the hotel's free sauna, jacuzzi, and plunge pool, although the steam room was not working during our visit. The breakfast was pleasant, and we also enjoyed a very good meal in the restaurant. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.
