We really enjoyed our stay at Ten. The hotel staff at Mercure's were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was fantastic, with everything within easy walking distance. We loved having a small kitchen in our room, and the beds were comfy. The room itself was bigger and better than we expected, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We would definitely recommend this guest house and plan on returning in the future.

The overall experience felt like visiting family; we had no reason to complain.
