We had an incredible stay at Melia! The hotel was clean, chic, and modern, providing a great overall experience. The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from Selda during breakfast. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also enjoyed the privilege of using the open bar and tea time as Level guests, which added to the excellent experience. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

As a light sleeper, I truly appreciated the quiet and peaceful ambiance of the hotel. The laminate flooring in the room was a great choice, as it made the room feel cleaner and more comfortable. The hotel's beautiful decoration and presentation added to the overall pleasant experience. The spacious and well-designed restroom was a bonus, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

I felt like I was spoilt during my stay at the hotel, and I honestly couldn't find any reason to complain. Every aspect of the hotel, from the comfortable beds to the free use of the sauna and steam room, exceeded my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at Melia. the reception staff was pleasant and helpful, and Danny was outstanding upon check-in, providing lots of good advice. the big room on a high floor was spacious and comfortable, with pleasant views. the proximity to the Philharmonie was very convenient as we were attending a concert there. the breakfast was excellent, and the location was fantastic, with easy access to the entire city via tram and bus. it was an excellent experience, and we are already planning to return with our family.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short tram ride away from the park in the main avenue. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to choose from.

This venue offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa centre with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi, all of which helped me relax after a long day. The staff at reception desk were so friendly and helpful, providing tours and ticket assistance and offering a welcome drink on arrival. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy sitting area and a terrace that had some garden furniture. The restaurant on-site provided a delicious morning in-room breakfast and a varied menu that suited all kinds of diets, including special menus.

Families may enjoy this place, as the hotel offers a children's play area and has children's menus and cots available for rent.
