The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The location is excellent, close to the center and old bazar. Suitable for families.

Had an amazing Christmas stay in this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They offered great information about the nearby attraction sites and their location. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious enough for us. The location was the best; it was a stone’s throw from the old town and just a walking distance from the new parts of the town. The bus station was also just a few minutes away, making it very convenient for us. We especially enjoyed the local cuisine served during breakfast, which was a lovely bonus.

The hotel had too many light switches in the room, which sometimes made it confusing to operate the lights. The hotel’s entrance was not very clearly marked, and we drove past it the first time, which was a bit frustrating and stressful.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just steps away from the old Turkish bazaar. It is also close to the market, making it convenient for shopping. it is in the center of the city and very close to Skopje Fair, perfect for business travelers. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is extremely helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast offers a variety of local cuisine, including delicious sandwiches and Turkish simit.

One downside is the lack of an elevator, which may pose difficulties for guests with mobility issues.
