We loved the convenient location right on the shore of Lake Orhid, close to the Old City. The hotel had great facilities for guests with disabilities. The staff were friendly and understanding, even allowing us a late checkout at 3:30pm. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the lake. The restaurant had delicious food and the restaurant staff, Radovan and Nicholas, were very helpful and spoke good English. a highly recommended hotel with great service.

I was able to walk from the bus station, although it took about 30 minutes. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a delicious omelet cooked to order. The staff were friendly and helpful, even turning on the heater for me in the restaurant since it was a bit chilly. The room, although small, was comfortable and had good Wi-Fi. And the best part was the excellent price for everything I received.
