We had a fantastic stay here! The location is unbeatable - right on the lake and just a short 12-minute walk to the town center. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service was prompt and efficient. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the amenities provided in the room, such as the sitting area and the flat-screen TV. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for a luxurious stay.

I had the most beautiful view from my room, overlooking the stunning lake and mountains. It was such a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the swimming pool was clean and inviting. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, convenient location, friendly staff, and enjoyable amenities.

The hotel's beachfront location was fantastic, a stone's throw away from the crystal-clear waters. The bedsheets were crisp and clean, and the rooms were spacious with a well-functioning AC. The breakfast, albeit limited, had a reasonable selection that was filling enough to keep us going until lunchtime.

The staff seemed indifferent, and their service lacked attention to detail. The shower drain was clogged, and the bathroom was swimming in water on arrival, with no one to take care of it after multiple complaints. The pool was closed for a couple of days without prior notice, and we were asked to pay additional fees for sunbed rental, which seems inappropriate for a hotel claiming four stars.
