The hotel's central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Luxurious atmosphere following renovations. Special birthday celebration for my wife. Clean rooms. Close proximity to lake and town. Good restaurant with breakfast included.

During my stay at this hotel over xmas, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the great breakfast selection. The hotel is located in a convenient area surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were kind and welcoming upon my arrival.

My experience was overshadowed by the poor wifi connection in my room, making it difficult to communicate with loved ones over the holidays. the limited menu in the restaurant left much to be desired.

Friendly staff, including room service. Clean rooms, 5 min walk to the lake and town. Good food in the restaurant, breakfast included. Attentive and helpful staff, good room cleaning, towels, robes, and pillows. Immediate remedy for mosquitoes with repellent. Highly recommend for a stay in Tannan.
