The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, immediately upgrading my room to a suite when I encountered a problem. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a great sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and swimming pool. The hotel staff continuously cleaned and maintained the area, and there were complimentary water and tea available. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the AC worked well. The breakfast provided was amazing, and the communication and service from the staff were excellent.

We stayed in the center of the city, close to the bustling market and historic Tana. The room was well-furnished and clean, perfect for solo travelers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, immediately changing our room when we had an issue. The spa was a bonus, allowing us to unwind with a sauna and treadmill. Breakfast was good, and the service was top-notch. a good choice for a central location and a comfortable stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and made our stay very restful. We also enjoyed the spa facilities which were included, and appreciated the gym being available for our use. the hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. the art gallery in the foyer was a nice touch and added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing. the food didn't quite meet our expectations and some dishes were served lukewarm.

I decided to treat myself on this trip and booked a suite at a luxurious hotel. The room was perfect, with a split-level design and beautiful wood and stone accents. The best part was the balcony that overlooked all the action on the street. The staff was amazing, upgrading us to a suite for free and continuously maintaining the common areas. The sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and swimming pool were fantastic, and the spa services were top-notch. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the AC in our room worked perfectly. In summary, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the design of the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are modern and well-equipped. the hotel has all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay, and there are other restaurants nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the dinner menu, which offered delicious food at reasonable prices, as well as a great selection of wines. the wifi in the rooms worked perfectly, and the location in the city center was extremely convenient. it was a wonderful experience.
