The view from the terrace and balcony was amazing, offering a great escape from the bustling city. The welcome drink and small cakes were a nice touch after a long journey. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us with our flight times. Additionally, the breakfast provided before our 4am departure was surprisingly good.

It lacked character and felt dark and dingy. The fixtures and fittings were uncomfortable and inconvenient, especially the shower in the bath without a curtain.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms that were both clean and comfortable. The hotel facilities were impressive, offering a magnificent view of the city and authentic period furniture that added to the overall charm. The location was also perfect, situated above the city so I could enjoy the breathtaking views without being exposed to the fumes of downtown Tana. Additionally, the staff was truly exceptional, friendly, and extremely helpful in arranging transportation and making me feel special. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of delicious options including omelets with bacon, fresh fruits, bread, and coffee.

Not obvious to find.

Located on a hilltop, you have breathtaking views of the city without the fumes. The staff are welcoming, extremely friendly and helpful. What's more, the food is delicious, served hot and fresh.

As a converted house, the walls are thin, and noise issues can be experienced at times. Unfortunately, some carpets on the stairs were not as clean as they could be, but certainly clean enough to walk on.
