The value for money at Citizen was excellent, with a stylish room and a breathtaking view of the city and the lake. The staff treated us wonderfully, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even allowing us to use the lounge and garden while we waited for our flight.

The breakfast experience could be improved with more variety, especially for guests staying for a longer duration.

We had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem! Citizen is a cozy boutique hotel with only three rooms, offering stunning views of the lake. the staff were professional, helpful, and kind, making our experience even more enjoyable. the French breakfast and meals at the restaurant were outstanding, the best we've had during our time in Madagascar. Despite being in the city, the hotel is located in a quiet and safe area. We can't wait to return for one more night before heading back home!

We had a fantastic stay at a small boutique hotel with a stunning view of the lake. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely garden overlooking the lake. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and right on the lakeside up to the Queen's palace. The breakfast provided was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals at the restaurant. we highly recommend this hotel for its great facilities, convenient location, and excellent staff.

There was nothing we didn't like.
