I recently stayed at Protea Hotel in Blantyre for one night and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially the front desk gentleman Chisomo, were incredibly polite and professional. When the heater in my room wasn't working, Chisomo offered to move me to another room, but since I only had one night remaining, he promptly provided me with extra blankets. The air conditioning in the room worked well, which was a pleasant surprise for the October weather. The hotel also had a great gym facility and the internet was included in the room price. Additionally, the 21 restaurant offered delicious food and excellent service.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night's sleep. The food at the Grill was delicious, although it took a bit longer than expected. I had an amazing experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is ideal for exploring the city and we felt safe throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful, although they were a little slow to action requests. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and sauna. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful sun terrace. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals and the bar area was a great place to unwind. we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely recommend it.

The only downside we experienced during our stay was some noise disturbance in the mornings. There were receptions taking place in the garden almost daily, with guests chatting and shouting early in the morning.
