The hotel had a good location close to many restaurants and shops. It was also nice to receive a welcome gift upon check-in. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the cleanliness was exceptional.

The room lighting was quite dim, especially in the bathroom, which made it difficult to get ready in the morning. the breakfast was just average and didn't quite meet our expectations.

The room at 1969 Business Suites was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were impressed with the complimentary hi-tea, which was delicious. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. we had a great experience.

We would have appreciated more frequent replenishment of the buffet items during peak hours.
