The location of the hotel is great, situated in the heart of Georgetown's UNESCO World Heritage Zone. It is just a few steps away from all the major tourist destinations within the historic center. The architecture and interior design of the hotel are stunning, with luxurious furnishings and modern amenities. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing personalized service. The bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped, complete with deep bathtubs and rain showers. The breakfast offered is delicious and varied, with options tailored to dietary preferences.

The lack of noise protection in the rooms can sometimes be an issue, as street noises can disturb sleep.

This hotel is a luxurious gem! The thoughtful interior design, elegant lighting, and chic furniture add to the exclusivity of the room. We were impressed by the extensive inclusion of free amenities - fast and stable Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, iPad, Bluetooth speaker, Nespresso machine. The spacious and well-decorated bathroom offered Aesop toiletries and a bath butler service, which was excellent.

While our stay at this hotel was exquisite, we wish there was a bidet in the toilet. This minor issue is the only negative we can think of.

The TV and Wi-Fi were easy to use. The bathroom had an amazing shower and the complimentary toiletries smelled really good. The location was perfect, near lots of tourist spots and great food.

The stairs were really dark at night and I kept stumbling. , the room was quite small and cluttered.
