The room at A&R Urban Hotel was beyond my expectations in terms of design, amenities, and comfort. The mattress, pillow, and comforter provided a luxurious sleep experience, and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. The location was also great, with easy access to breakfast options and an ATM machine nearby. I had a peaceful stay with friendly and helpful staff.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay at A&R Urban Hotel. The bathtub had some stains and marks, and there were cigarette ashes on the sofa.

Convenient location for Batu Caves. Food options nearby including Old Town and a fish ball noodle soup restaurant. Mamak restaurant next door. Nice and cozy room ambiance with good wifi connection. Plenty of parking available. Free flow coffee and nice decoration.

My recent stay was delightful. the comfortable bed and spacious room were definite highlights. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks and coffee available in the lobby. Location wise, the hotel was perfect with sufficient parking and easy access to nearby attractions.

The soundproofing in the room was not up to par. I could hear noises from the adjacent rooms such as alarms and footsteps.

I recently had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The Junior Suite room that my friend and I stayed in was incredibly spacious and comfortable. We loved having two toilets, especially with the added bonus of a bathtub in one of them. The amenities provided were excellent, and we particularly appreciated the free coffee at the receptionist. The bed was comfortable, and we also loved the huge sofa in the room. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient and allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area.

All in all, this hotel was a great choice and exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities.
