I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities I could need. I loved the comfortable sofas and the clear television channels. The staff were very friendly and helpful, greeting me nicely and even opening my car door for me. The breakfast had a nice selection, with the dim sum being a particular stand-out. The location was also convenient, with ample parking in the basement.

I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

I recently stayed at the Acappella Suite Hotel and I was extremely impressed. The apartment had a cosy and homely atmosphere, making it feel like a true home away from home. Not to mention, the facilities were perfect - the pool was well-maintained and surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful. I must give credit to the Hotel Assistant Manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. He was friendly and attentive, even starting a conversation with my shy younger sister. His assistance was greatly appreciated, as he was always there to help us, whether it was taking pictures or assisting my father in a wheelchair. Such a nice and humble person. We will definitely return to this amazing hotel.

Excellent facility with well-stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms. Attentive staff with great attitude. Enjoyed the Netflix access in the room and the spacious living area. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our takeout meals and cleaning up was a breeze with rags provided. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the kids loved the pool and playground. Despite some minor issues like bad WIFI and unfriendly staff, we would definitely recommend Acappella Suite Hotel for its warm welcome, great location, and overall convenience.

During my xmas stay, the complementary snacks and drinks were a good touch. the hotel's location was great with easy access to many attractions. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep.

The pantry had an ant problem. the swimming pool was overcrowded and only two towels were provided per room, even though we booked for four adults, resulting in us having to pay extra for each towel.
