The staff is exceptionally helpful and the facilities are extensive, including a pool with warm and clean water. The breakfast restaurant has friendly staff and the front desk is always welcoming.

There were a few instances where it was challenging to reach the hotel staff over the phone due to high volume, but it may have been a temporary issue.

I recently stayed at Aloft for a few nights. The hotel's strategic location made it easy for us to shop and dine at the nearby shopping center. We enjoyed the well-lit infinity pool with its stunning view of the city skyline at night. The fitness center had a good variety of equipment and was well-maintained. The spacious room with two comfortable queen beds was perfect for our family. The breakfast offered a variety of food options and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The free wifi and validated parking were also a plus.

During my recent Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks that were offered in the hotel restaurant. the location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently connected to a transportation hub, making it easy to explore the city. the view from my room was spectacular and added to the overall experience.

The water temperature was also difficult to adjust, which affected the quality of my shower experience. While the fun and artistic decor of the hotel was enjoyable, there were some maintenance and housekeeping issues that could have been improved.

the buffet breakfast was amazing! They had a wide variety of food, from fruits to cereals to a noodle station where you could customize your own bowl. Another thing we liked was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy for us to explore the city. the room was spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and clean linen.

One aspect we didn't like about the hotel was the unreliable wifi. It would have been better if the wifi was more stable and secure.
